The plan to build 6700 houses in such a condensed space as Bearley and Wilmcote will totally destroy what current residents living in the area choose to live there for.
The abundance of natural wildlife, flora and fauna in the area will disappear.
All peace and tranquillity will be replaced with pollution, noise and bad traffic.
This area floods badly and even the fields cannot cope with any rain fall. More concrete and tarmac would make Birmingham Road really dangerous. There's already too much traffic on that road at peak times and this proposal will make it very dangerous.
