The proposed development is too large for the area in particular regarding roads, transport links, sewage, utilities. There is already limited and very congested access to the A46 and no parking at Wilmcote or Bearley stations. Education and health facilities are insufficient and potential new services would not solve problems down the line such as secondary schools and hospitals. The area suffers from flooding - more building would only worsen an existing problem. The fact that the land would be easy to purchase does not validate this as a choice nor negate the above mentioned.
