SG06 area does not seem to be a suitable option for housing development. As part of the green belt, this land has significant usage for recreation, walking etc across a beautiful area with good bio- diversity.
Transport and access wise, it is difficult to see how this area could be developed in line with the environmental and transport objectives of the plan.
I am not in favour of development in this area.
