While I agree in principle, there must be infrastructure in place before any building should take place. Although there are reasonable transport links with this site being close to the M40 and employment opportunities close by, there will need to be schools, community centres, shops and pubs, so this is a community rather than a 'dormitory' town. There must also be thoughts around providing green space to actively support mental health and well being of potential residents.
