no exceptional circumstances to justifying removing the green belt status as per NPPF. 2nd lowest housing yeild of all the growth areas, would in effect merge kenilworth and leek wootton, loss of productive farmland, not a 20 minute neighbourhood (study on bus travel incorrect, is accounting for school and pre-pay bus services, not public bus), infrastructure (schools, GP's and dentists already oversubscribed with no plan to accomodate increase in population), foul drainange already inadequate, local employment opps limited, adverse effect on public footpaths, negative impact on heritage site (castle), loss of biodiversity, existing roads already congested
