There must be infrastructure in place before any building should take place. Reasonable transport links with site being close to the M40 and employment opportunities close by, there will need to be schools, community centres, shops and pubs, so this is a community rather than an add on. There must be provision of green space to actively support mental health and well being of potential residents. There has been much new building around Wellesbourne, but each tranche of new houses has been built without the relevant infrastructure, putting strain on existing facilities. This must be remedied with any new developments.
