Agree this is a less suitable option as this is a rural location within the Green Belt. The option contains Cleveland Coppice LWS (Local Wildlife Site) and Browns Green Wood potential LWS and Shakespeare Line Railway pLWS and brooks in the River Alne catchment area, the Rive Alne is an LWS.
