Agree this is a more suitable option than most of the other options. Although it is a rural location surrounding Hatton village and is within the Green Belt it has access to rail (Hatton Station) and trunk road A4177. It is adjacent to but excluded from Hampton Locks Meadows Local Wildlife Site (LWS) and Brownley Green Lane LWS. It does contain a small amount of wood at Hatton Farm pLWS, which would need to be protected. Overall contains around 5ha of woodland and around 5ha of medium connectivity grassland and is bisected by Grand Union Canal.
