I believe in principle with some areas highlighted, specifically South of the A46 and Bishopton. There must be infrastructure in place before any building should take place. Reasonable transport links with site being close to the A46 and railway station. Clopton area should NOT be developed, this is an area of natural beauty and should be maintained for the benefit of local residents. I also believe that there should not be development North of the A46 around the canal. Additional infrastructure should be in place before any building takes place.
