Loss of an irreplaceable green space that provides an oasis of fresh air and quiet, and paths that give access to a varied landscape with different natural habitats for people to enjoy. Building on this area will result in a greater use of cars which will exacerbate problems with traffic congestion and poor air quality. The use of this site will signal the removal of the greenbelt with all its benefits and will adversely affect the special character of Leamington and its attractions as a desirable place to live, work or visit.
