Agree this is not a suitable site for housing. More rural than some other areas eg B1 and E1, and within the Green Belt and lacking infrastructure although admittedly Lapworth Station is 1km away. The proposed site contains a number of Local Wildlife Sites including: Rowington Coppice (5ha of ancient woodland); Turners End Farm; the Long Meadow; Western Hall Farm. It also contains around 10ha wetland and 7ha woodland
