In summary, location is not sustainable, has adverse impact on Green Belt which is already impacted by HS2 (not properly considered in the scoring methods used) and an adverse impact on cultural heritage of Kenilworth Castle.
The infrastructure and roads within Kenilworth are already over stretched.
