Inadequate transport and infrastructure, noise and light disturbance to the environment. Possible loss of the greenway facility. Transport options suggested for this site are weakened will not prevent a large impact on traffic into and through Sratford Upon Avon and past Clifford Chambers. Bearley and Wilmcote is probably a good location for a new settlement as it is very well connected for those using non car travel and is better located for the strategic road network. In addition there are two active rail stations at Bearley and Wilmcote.
