There must be infrastructure in place before any building should take place. There will need to be schools, community centres, shops and pubs, so this is a community rather than an add on. There must be provision of green space to actively support mental health and well being of potential residents. There has been much new building around Long Marston, but each tranche of new houses has been built without insufficient infrastructure, putting strain on existing facilities. This must be remedied with any new developments. Business/industrial area must be kept/included for local employment. Tram/Train link into Stratford. Relief road.
