Traffic horrendous takes an hour to get to bottom of town
Schools all at capacity
Local children turned away from NLS and having to travel across town. Trinity school is half empty. Build there utilise that resource
Ruin countryside which is why many of use chose to pay premium and live this end of town
Bottom of town already ruined and now has infrastructure to support more, roads, drs, supermarkets etc
Will lower our house prices and generally ruin the look and feel of the area which has already been decimated by HS2 works
