The area does not meet the criteria for a "20 minute neighbourhood" as it is between a 30-60 min walk to the shops
The area is green belt with diverse wildlife and high quality agricultural land with footpaths used by many local people
The Strategic Growth locations NOT in the green belt can more than meet the S.Warwickshire's stated housing needs
The area continues to fulfill it's stated purpose of separating Leamington, local villages and Kenilworth
The same proposals were previously rejected by the planning inspector in 2017 and nothing substantial has changed since then.
