Needless development in Green Belt land
Increased vehicles on already busy roads. Not good for the environment. Pollution and noise
Destroy biodiversity
Farmland and beautiful, old established countryside destroyed
Devastating affect on wildlife
Current infrastructure cannot support such an increase in new population ie schools, doctors etc
It will ruin Stratford-upon-Avon.
Surrounding villages ie Snitterfield will suffer - possible used as ‘rat-run’ to reach A46/M40. Extra vehicles on country lanes resulting in more accidents.
