I agree, of all the options, on balance this one and option X2 are more suitable.
The site is within the Green Belt and adjacent to Snitterfield and Bearley Bushes SSSI and is also adjacent to Hardwick Farm Meadows Local Wildlife Site (although across railway line). It is very important that if development goes ahead at this site that the SSSI and LWS are protected. There is almost nothing in terms of High Connectivity habitats. The site has good infrastructure: two stations (Bearley and Wilmcote) and within 3.5 km of Stratford-upon-Avon station, it is also bisected by A3400.
