This plan to build 10,000 new homes in this E1 area is rediculous in that without new major road systems to provide ease of access to people commuting to work in the area would create major congestion resulting in increased pollution. Also the area around Stratford already has more than enough new homes available, and therefore with such an increase in families with up to 20,000 plus people to be provided with education, and medical facilities would not be viable. The surrounding villages would be overwhelmed with traffic congestion too. There is enough new housing in this area already.
