My family has lived in Pathlow for over 40 years. Despite increasing levels of traffic our home is still considered a peaceful retreat in rural Warwickshire, surrounded by open countryside and diverse wildlife. With the added benefit of a historic village nearby, in particular Mary Arden’s farm. The proposed new settlement would utterly destroy the natural environment around Pathlow forever. And to build thousands of houses in such close proximity to one of the prime Shakespeare properties would be unthinkable.
