Kenilworth resources are not able to support family numbers. As a volunteer locally for regular community family focussed sessions and events, I envisage that housing on this site will generate community needs without services. I am aware of current difficulties for parents finding pre-school through to secondary places for their youngsters. Seeing people on foot with little safety along Rouncil Lane with its inclines and many bends is already worrying without additional walkers and traffic flow. The Development of non-green belt locations should be prioritised as it enhances spaces for the community and for families through attractive amenities and housing.
