It also emphasises the importance of access to high-quality digital infrastructure, and how it is expected to be delivered and upgraded over time. Furthermore, the Local Plan should ensure that any additional requirements do not introduce unnecessary duplication or impose obligations beyond national planning policy and legal frameworks, which could hinder the viability of sustainable development.
