I’m slightly surprised given the importance stated in the SWLP vision and growth strategy - that transport is a priority for the sustainable development policy options that have been selected so far - that this chapter is not more prominent. This policy doesn’t have a spatial dimension. How might it impact (positively) on the choice of housing-led strategic sites and planned communities/New Towns? Reviewing the interim SA conclusions should also be undertaken.
