Site SG07 is not an appropriate location for this type of development. It does not offer a genuine choice of transport modes for access - certainly not from the proposed new Hatton settlement! The traffic generated from this site is likely to adversely impact on the A4177, which is identified in the Warwickshire LTP as a key local route.
