Roads are inadequate. Bottlenecks already in Henley to North and Birmingham Rd in Stratford to South.
Trains are infrequent and slow with no parking at stations.
Buses are infrequent and regularly cancelled.
Increased run off will increase flood risk to Wilmcote and Alne valley via brook along Salter's Lane.
A significant piece of greenbelt will be lost to detriment of wildlife and mental health of existing Bearley and Wilmcote residents.
There will increased risk of development along the A3400 all the way from Henley to Stratford. only 2 small gaps will remain after this development.
