Area was subject to a planning application (18/01664/FUL) & was refused for many good reasons including:
1. Contrary to number of Stratford Upon Avon DC Core Strategy policies which I believe are still relevant today if not more so.
2. Lived in the area for 6 months now & have been concerned by the substantial local flooding around the race course area & Luddington Village. More houses at Bordon Hill Farm will increase the flooding risk.
3. The loss of what is defined as "best and most versatile" agricultural land to more housing together with the incursion into open countryside.
