*Green belt land should NOT be allocated for housing when more suitable non-Green Belt land is available.
*Green belt areas should be protected and preserved for the well-being of existing residents.
*The proposed development will be further from the town centre, making it impractical for residents to access it via safe walking routes. This will subsequently increase the number of cars on narrow lanes.
*Limited local employment will exacerbate traffic congestion and pollution by increasing the number of residents traveling further afield.
*Kenilworth faces challenges in securing doctors, dentists, and school places. The proposed plan will further exacerbate these issues.
