Planning application previously refused by SDC (18/0164/FUL) for extremely good reasons. It contravenes numerous aspects of the Stratford-upon-Avon District Core Strategy, which are still relevant including risk of flooding; losing high grade agricultural land; increase traffic and light pollution; affect to wildlife; entrance to Stratford. SOA Town Design in 2002 stated 'fields either side of Bordon Hill...should be protected in perpetuity.'
It is outside the defined built up area of SOA. I am against footprint of the town being increased further when there is so much un-utilised areas suitable to development within the core town.
