The allocation lies within Road Opportunity 8, identified by the West Midlands Strategic Employment Sits Study 2024 with the all-important combination of being on the strategic road network and having assess to a skilled labour force. Indeed, it is this combination employment and residential in this location that makes the case for the allocation of SG10 so compelling when set against the aims of the Plan and government policy.
