Permanent loss of green belt land. Loss of wildlife habitat. Loss of health benefits to existing residents who access the canal and footpath networks for health and wellbeing.
Loss of green belt buffer between Warwick and Birmingham conurbation.
Stress on inadequate road network. Future disruption when all the road junctions will need to be upgraded, plus the cost of improvements. Impact of traffic on the A4177 and Warwick.
Incorrect assumptions about the viability of Hatton Station.
Access to Hospital services which in Warwick are already at capacity. Short term access to education provision and health services until some are provided.
