Again I'd like to agree with this but the councils handling of the Stoneleigh flyover on the A46 is another prime example alongside HS2 of project slip and no appropriate service level agreements in place. It seems as though the project managers let everyone else dictate what happens and they sit twiddling their thumbs thinking up reasons for justifying the non delivery of services. I'm sure both these projects have made things up as they went along. All the consumer gets is delays, dust and frustration through road closures and traffic lights.
