The location of SG04 is not sustainable. It will increase traffic in the town which is already becoming gridlocked from the new estates already being built. The infrastructure in the town is not enough to cope with the current houses let alone 1200 more. The green belt around Kenilworth consists of agricultural land which is needed for food production and moreover is protected. It has not been rated RED. The site will impact a grade 1 listed building.
Kenilworth has been spoilt with the latest round of building, please listen to residents concerns as they are very valid.
