The proposal does not fit with the local character which compromises of smaller village settlements, the B1 proposal introduces a town
The local roads around Hatton and the surrounding villages are not fit for such increased traffic, with one vehicle width roads and no footbath, changing these would be detriment to the houses that affront them and would decrease the ability to use for recreational purposes due to significant increase in traffic
No proposal to support the 20 minute neighbourhood for B1
B1 would negatively impact sustainability and climate change, there is no mitigation to support this
