Provides the biggest residential capacity in Coventry & Kenilworth, with the northern portion outside green belt.
The area has significant existing infrastructure with close employment and education opportunities at Warwick University and Coventry.
HS2 has already damaged the landscape in this area. Further development will not have the same impact as it would on other areas of greenbelt in the plan.
