The schools, in particular the high school, are going to struggle with higher numbers as it is over subscribed right now. The
public transport into and out of Shipston is poor and one way systems makes getting around our town difficult without more traffic causing issues, not to mention the environmental impact of this. Flooding is and has been for a long time an issue and more buildings in this area would be ridiculous and I can't imagine how the sewer system will cope.
Shipston has managed to hold onto its lovely character and this is at risk.
