The rural countryside surrounding the village will be ruined by this development.
The village has a strong community which is in danger of being lost with the proposed expansion.
Building will have a detrimental impact on the flood risk to the village.
There is not the infrastructure to support further expansion of the village. The only transport network are the roads which are already heavily congested and will not be able to support the extra traffic that will come with further development. Additionally this will impact on air pollution.
Local farm land will be heavily impacted.
