This is a large site. If all housing, it is too many houses to add to Henley. Doctors & schools etc will not be able to cope. If developed, it needs to provide its own infrastructure to avoid the need for long distance travel to work , shopping and other facilities. In other words create a second small town. Alternatively, reduce the number of houses and allocate part of the land to a solar farm.
