Hatton station will not be used:
- poor road access (cannot be changed)
- poor station infrastructure (expensive)
- poor frequency of trains (expensive)
- rural and not accessible

Local infrastructure is not suitable, and no proposal to remedy this:
- Warwick hospital operates at critical- 18k people will not reduce demand
- Roads around hatton and warwick are not suitable for more traffic (people will not use the trains)

Loss of farmland/greenbelt is unacceptable
- We need to feed our growing population
- Local wildlife uses this land to reproduce and benefit the ecosystem
