Kenilworth has seen a huge amount of building on Glasshouse Lane side of the town and planned development of the old Kenilworth School sites. This is already putting strain on the town centre roads. Although building on this land is claimed to be sustainable for example terms of access into the town centre by foot or bike this would be unrealistic for people living on the further reaches of the development and will send even more vehicles into the already overcrowded town centre. The schools are already at capacity - the town will not benefit from this additional housing.
