Foul drainage on Rouncil Lane is barely able to cope with current demand with issues often occurring.
Amenities are already over capacity, ie. Schools, GP's, Hospital.
Road access inadequate via Rouncil Lane / Leek Wooton?
Unnecessary loss of Green Belt with no justification (NPPF) - plenty of brown field sites are available.
Is there a proven need for so many homes in this area? Where do the proposals come from? Landowners??
Loss of productive farmland & loss of public access to country side.
Reduction in bio-diversity.
Reduction of cyclist safety on the national cycle route.
