The proposed site increase the flood risk to existing properties in Cubbington and Offchurch by the loss of open space. School provision is already extremely limited and therefore more properties would exacerbate the issue. The proposed site used by wildlife and local people for recreation (walking and running). Proposed site would increase local traffic around the local school which is already congested at key times of the day. Village would become absorbed into Leamington loosing its village feel which is important to residents.
