The current infrastructure is inadequate for a development of this size. At the moment there is not enough car space at the railway station for villages let alone from any new development. The Birmingham road into Stratford struggles to cope with the traffic at peak times now and there is not enough parking in Stratford . A3400 through Henley is not suitable for the volume of traffic that would travel to the M40.
It is already difficult to register with a doctors or dentist and the A&E at Warwick hospital is already stretched to capacity a lot of the time.
