Concerned about the risk of flooding. The town has already had issues with flooding last year and in previous years. The run off from any new developments will surely make the flooding more frequent and more severe.
There has already been issues with streets in this area being affected by the sewages which has been affected by the amount of rainfall.
Concerned about the facilities and services in the Town. The medical centre is already over stretched. The NHS dentist has a 1-2 years waiting list. Can the nurseries and schools deal with extra children.
