Utilities in the area are sparse, with most homes relying on independent systems for sewage, water, and gas/oil.
The surrounding roadways are mostly narrow lanes, many of which suffer from surface water flooding. These roads would be unable to handle the increased traffic and would require significant upgrades, leading to the loss of wildlife habitat.
A large portion of the proposed site is woodland, offering substantial benefits to wildlife.
