The infrastructure in this area is poor and there are already large areas of development that have brought no improvement to the infrastructure (schools, shops, parks, foot or cycle paths) for local residents.

This side of Stratford is heavily congested and without improvements to the roads (a46 roundabout) prior the building works alone will impact commuters and tourists travelling to Stratford but also alcester/ Evesham and to the M40. There is also incredibly high demand on Stratford high and shottery with much of that traffic coming along the Bidford road, alcester road and a46.
