- permanently deterimental to existing village character and identity
- conflict with the Solihull MBC local plan
- insufficient infrastructure, schooling and other services (which are already indadequate)
- signficant loss of green space, biodiversity and wellbeing accuring from access to the countryside
- developing green belt despite their being lack of exceptional circumstances
- lack of elected influence on the process because it is a Warwickshire development foisted onto Solihull
