This area is well served by shops and community centre at the rose bird centre, which could be extended to offer ‘ 20 minute town’. There is currently less development and sparser housing on this side of town and I believe potential to add another school, doctors surgery etc. to serve meon vale and surrounding villages as well as Stratford.

There are also good connections to Oxford and Banbury and the fosse for commuters.
