This location has good transport links. It is north of the river with easy access to the A46, M40 and M42 without having to cross either of the heavily congested Stratford bridges. It is also close to the Park and Ride and Stratford Parkway Railway Station and there are two active rail stations at Wilmcote and Bearley.

The secondary schools at Stratford, Alcester and Henley are all north of the river, so easily accessible from this site, again without having to cross the heavily congested River Avon bridges.
