This proposal will irretrievably destroy the rural communities divided on both side of the already dangerous A3400. It will decimate wildlife corridors and further diminish biodiversity and wildlife corridors in Green Belt land which runs counter to the national Local Nature Recovery Strategies. That level of development and housing will hugely increase road traffic on already overloaded village roads with even more traffic, pollution, noise and accident risk. A complete switch to green energy public transport and active travel infrastructure would be critical. Local services (schools, Doctors, water) will not be able to cope.
