Why here? The amount of infrastructure you’d have to put in, roads are already jam packed, Hatton station can only just cope now and so having an input of 8,000 households would just cause a melt down.
This is good farming country and there a very few dairy farms left in Warwickshire, it would be a great shame to lose valuable farming ground
I just don’t see how building a brand new town here would benefit anyone no good routes as alluded to early Hatton station could not cope, build them some where close to city’s/ towns with good routes
